King of the Hill, Top of the Heap

Scottsdale

The Best’s Most Bestern Town

A bulging rivulet of world-renowned shops and destination dining spots snaking through a tapestry of stylish homes, Contemporary, Tuscan, Minimalist, eclectically gathered against a backdrop of rugged green peaks casting shadows across a thick palate of saguaro, aloe vera plants, and an endless sea of creosote. In a word: Sublime.

 This is Scottsdale.

TO THE EAST SIDE

Take equal parts God given natural beauty and the aesthetic ingenuity of architectural icons, stir gently, then pour the contents over peace and solitude. If you could choose any destination in the world to live in, Scottsdale would make that list. Safety, beauty, and brotherly love have gathered here to create a pleasure driven ambience that drips with designer excellence. If you desire greatness, you’ve found your hometown.

Affluence!Gesundheit!

“My other car is a Bentley too”. The finer things in life aren’t always things. Sometimes they are places. Welcome to the good life.

Home of the Joneses

Cradled between soaring McDowell peaks and iconic Camelback Mountain, million dollar views are organically grown.

The Seen Scene

Host to Barret Jackson car auctions, the Phoenix Open, and numerous celebrity residents, eye candy is the daily bread.

The Capital of Arizona

The wealth of our state is its people, and you will meet a multitude of these interesting humans enjoying Scottsdale living.

Oh, the Places You’ll Go!

You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one

The happiest people don’t have the best of everything, they simply make the best of everything they have. However, having the best of everything wouldn’t hurt! Those keys to success people keep trying to sell you, well they open the door to Scottsdale. Swimming pools and movie stars, cigar scented country clubs and high-performance schools, Scottsdale’s reputation for material comfort is legendary. Terms like Snobbsdale and Snottsdale get thrown around by an army of green monsters because affluence breeds envy’s flatulence. Honestly, wouldn’t you like to live in a place renowned for being renowned? Here you shall.

Of course, no claims of Utopia can find validity here. The weeds still grow, traffic still slows, and the garages tend to overflow. What you find in Scottsdale are shiny happy people with plenty to do. White teeth, tans, and perpetual golf attire are but one sliver of that mosaic. One-of-a-kind dining destinations litter the land, rescuing your taste buds from the jaws of the mundane. Extraordinary shopping locales will charm the credit cards off boutique buyers, and a lake strewn trail system stitches all 31 miles together with nature’s green grace.

You have every right to a beautiful life

On any lazy day drive up Scottsdale’s spine your sightlines will be interrupted by a cadre of passing super cars and an endless supply of multi-million dollar estates advancing on the mountains. Eye candy is the chief export. However you don’t have to be a lottery winner to plant roots here. There is room at “the in”.

Scottsdale was smartly designed around an inclusive concept, granting opportunities for all comers. You can enjoy a condo on the canal, a golf course patio home, or a townhome within stumbling distance of Old Town. While it’s true Scottsdale is known for its luxury sanctuary estates, with eight room butler’s pantries, alligator moats, and outdoor fountains of Cristal Champagne, the vast majority of residents are middle class folk enjoying the good life.

Founded by luxury vacation resorts like Royal Palms, Four Seasons, and the Scottsdale Princess, the area’s bon vivant spirit is palpable. Year round outdoor living begs you christen the patio as your living room. I can’t do Scottsdale justice with words. What I can do is invite you to come explore it. I love this place. I wish you the same joy it’s granted me. You’ll be surprised to discover how truly accessible this crown  jewel of the valley can be.

You know you're an Arizona native when a rainy day puts you in good mood.

Safe, family friendly, and gorgeous. Scottsdale had me right there.

Nowhere on this planet is the desert as fascinating as it is here.

Stanley Fosha

I built my first AZ home right here in North Scottsdale, more than twenty years ago. Met neighbors I’m still best friends with, learned a lifestyle completely foreign to what the Bay Are had prepped me for. From the clear lens stapled to the sky above, to the exchange of smiles that occurs with every passing stranger, you unearth positive vibes around every turn. Raised my daughters from tiny infants to thriving women here. My family is forever grateful we found this place. The attitude here is joy, which arrives without effort. I invite you to come see for yourself. Let’s Move!
