Welcome to the Jungle
Phoenix &
Paradise Valley
Find Your Balance by Living Askew
Phoenix is the undisputed King of Arizona. Paradise Valley is its better looking half-brother who sings better, dances better, is the bigger hit at parties, and steals away with the elite guests for a private after party right next door. You can’t have one without the other, and don’t they know it!
Let’s Move!
Stop Listening. Go See.
Dry Heat. Two words that seemingly encapsulate every worn out cliche littering the information super highway’s Arizona exit lanes. If you find honesty terrifying then please look away because the fingers typing these words have touched a metal door handle so hot it had softened, and these printless digits lived to misspell about it. God made this desert flavored dot on the globe with his oven mitts on, so if you can’t stand the heat…well…California has sidewalk space available, move there. Our too-hot-to-handle reputation is merely a distraction to hide Arizona’s real killers; the plants and animals! Every natural element here can kill you. Got it? Great, let’s go! Get your butt here and see for yourself.
Brothers in Harms
Hot air, sharp plants, poisonous critters. By year two you’ve met them all, survived and learned, the strongest steel is fire forged.
The Fit Life
Outdoor person? Indoor person? King of Suburbia? Or Queen of the Desert? If you can dream of the right fit, Phoenix can provide it.
Exhaustion Antidote
Your life is either an adventure, or it isn’t. Swim in sunshine, drown in smiles, drink the wild air. Live. Love. Laugh. Lather Rinse. Repeat!
A Fire to be Kindled
When you’re curious you find lots of things to do. Phoenix begs you to explore it, poke at it, and watch the sparks dance. Find your fun!
Life is too short for boring.
Happiness is the only real prosperity
Each of us, you, me, that guy staring at his phone over there, is a mosaic of battles won and battles lost. We are survivors of our own minefield sprints, united in our unique ability to get back up. There’s a Phoenix inside each of us, determined to rise.
Like you, the city of Phoenix has a dark, mysterious, secret history. Only its secret is nearly 900 years old! Phoenix is the very first inhabited city in what we today call America. Hohokam indians settled here around 1 A.D. Their numbers grew to 20,000+ people, with farms, homes, and a 135 miles long canal system. A canal system which our city streets now follow, to the inch, centuries later.
The Hohokam abandoned the city around 1450 A.D., perhaps they blamed climate change or bad A/C. Nobody knows. Jack Swilling, a swashbuckling 1867 cowboy on a sweaty ride from Wickenburg to Tucson, noticed the undulating pattern of the long buried canals lurking underneath the desert. Pat hired a crew. Pat dug the canal channels back up. Turned the water back on. Phoenix was reborn! Thanks Pat!
Why on earth is the guy who sells property telling me a history lesson?
Because you already know Phoenix gets 365 days of sun, offers world renowned golf courses, and we spend every evening firing our pistols into the postcard sunset from our convertible 4×4’s. This place sells itself. (As I light a cigar and blow something up)
Phoenix is roughly 35 miles tall and 23 miles wide. That oversized footprint contains a cornucopia of property price points, neighborhood ammenities, architectural aesthetics, or lack thereof, and its all tangled in every price point one can imagine. Diversity is our brand! Whatever your lifestyle size needs and income limits, you can find a fit here. Hire an expert. By the way, that’s me.
Nestled inside Phoenix’s prettiest parts is the town of Paradise Valley, or simply “P-V”. Champagne wishes, caviar dreams, and an acre lot in every pot. Welcome to the Promised Land! The natural beauty of Paradise Valley is simply astonishing. We’re not making anymore land in here, so if you want in, somebody else has to leave.
PV is the most expensive land in Arizona, and worth every inheritance!
Let’s find your dream home. Together
Stanley Fosha
I flew from Oakland to Phoenix to supervise the foundation pour of my first house here. That night, standing alone on that empty lot in this empty desert, the silence struck me. I could not remember the last time I’d heard nothing. Absolute silence was incredibly loud! Up until that moment I wasn’t sure about moving to Arizona. Beyond that moment, it’s been a different life altogether. Best move I ever made. There is peace here, and it might fit on you too. Let’s Move!
